FPC is made up of a myriad of ministries. We believe that INVOLVEMENT EQUALS STICKABILITY; STICKABILITY BRINGS STABILITY; STABILITY MAKES YOU PRODUCTIVE; PRODUCTIVITY EQUALS A FULFILLED LIFE; AND FULFILLED LIVES EQUALS A WORLD REACHED. "Children's Ministry of FPC "
Opportunities are endless for your child here in FPC Children's Ministry. We invite all children ages 3-12 years old to join us for K.I.D.S. Church (Kids In Dynamic Service), where extreme fun, hilariously exciting games, and intense praise and worship will capture there enthusiasm, as the reality of God's Word is demonstrated through dynamic Bible lessons. Coming to church will now become an experience of a lifetime for your children.
"MANTLED Youth Ministry "
MANTLED Youth Ministry exists to empower FPC’s young people for ministry through the local church. Our youth services are geared to excite and encourage young people with the Word of God. Through the fun and games of our game room, the theatrics of our drama team, the excitement of our dance team and the Truth spoken in a raw and real way, the atmosphere is one that young people are drawn to.
"The Prayer Command Center "
The Intercessory Prayer Ministry at Family Praise Center is mobilizing an army of prayer warriors to stand guard in this hour of revival. We network with prayer warriors all over the world, stand in the gap for the spiritual needs of the people of God, and hold up the flame of God's spirit every day in prayer. We are believers who have gone to war on our knees and intend to see the salvation of souls made manifest in our time.
"FPC's College of Ministry "
FPC’s College of Ministry is committed to providing you with cutting edge Christian Education that is practical and useful. Our academic programs are designed to be beneficial as well as academic, equipping shepherds, warriors, servants, pioneers and students of the Word by: offering Bible-based programs that increase the student’s knowledge of biblical truths; providing quality educational opportunities at a cost within the reach of the average person; creating individual programs of study designed to meet the needs of the individual minister and leader; preparing the “called” student for full-time ministry and lay people for leadership within the local church.
whether you’re a serious seminary student looking to start and finish a degreed program and graduate or one who just wants to learn more about the Bible, then fpc’s college of ministry is for you. fpc’s college of ministry is an affiliated member of the logos educators network. once you have completed your studies you will be issued a degree from logos.
"The Porter Ministry "
Traditionally, ushers are posted at the doors of the sanctuary. However, the Porter Ministry at Family Praise Center was created based on the instructions in 1 Chronicles 9:17 - 29 where the Levitical priesthood, selected by God, would handle the elements that were to be used by the priests within the inner court of the Temple. The purpose of a porter is to create an "opening" for the Lord to reach the people and for the people to reach the Lord. And in the same manner that the Lord anointed the Levites to handle the elements, God also anoints Porters to handle the people with the same care and sensitivity to set them free.
"The FPC Nursery "
It is evident that healthy relationships start at a child's infancy. For this reason, the FPC Nursery is dedicated to equipping and encouraging the next generation with the true and sincere milk of the Word. Our workers promote a loving and nurturing environment for newborns through 36 months. This allows you and your baby the opportunity to be fed spiritually.
"The Praise & Worship Ministry "
Family Praise Center's Praise and Worship Team is a confluence of musical styles and expressions. We strive to reach every genre and generation through a demonstrative method of aggressive praise, intimate worship and anointed ministry to God. Our desire is to provide an atmosphere that will summon the habitation of God and cause all to bestow upon Him uninhibited praise. It is our aspiration to train all those with the Levitical call to live a lifestyle of praise and worship to God, so that their gifts, talents and abilities can be maximized for His Glory.
"The Women's Ministry "
"Who can find a virtuous woman?" In the Women's Ministry, we believe that virtuous women are not born they are developed. Knowing how to become virtuous is effectively done through seminars, conferences, and other programs throughout the entire year. These heart-to-heart sessions cater to the everyday lives of women and the responsibilities that are assigned to them from the Bible. Women are passionately advancing the kingdom of God in our generation and they are impacting not only the church, but the community as well. "Women Of Excellence" is not only the motto it is the lifestyle.
"The Men's Ministry "
The Men's Ministry of Family Praise Center is designed to equip men to become spiritually mature and actively involved in exercising their faith. A calendar of events and programs is provided for men to participate in throughout the year and these functions allow each man to realize their God given responsibilities and apply them in their life. Spiritual growth, after application of Bible study and discussion of everyday topics that affect men, is 'automatic.’ This ministry offers a chance for men to become accountable to other men of God and to forge strong healthy relationships.
"The Hospitality Ministry "
Family Praise Center is known for its excellence in hospitality. The Hospitality Ministry's primary function is to establish an atmosphere of gratitude that was demonstrated by Jesus in Philippians 2:7. In the atmosphere that is created and maintained, the presence of God can be felt and experienced. This ministry is passionate about serving, because it is service that is unto God and is done with excellence.
"The Outreach Ministry "
The Bible specifically instructs the people of God to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit the sick, take care of orphans and widows, and to evangelize the gospel of Jesus Christ. The purpose of the Outreach Ministry is the mandate that is assigned to us in the Word of God. Reaching souls is a vital part of the total ministry of our church family in which time is devoted to carry out the will of God in these areas of benevolence. We commit to impacting and influencing our generation in whatever manner deemed necessary.
"The Kingdom BuildersMinistry "
In a church that grows at a rate as rapidly as Family Praise Center, renovations are needed on a continual basis. The Kingdom Builders are a team of handy men and women that gather once a month on the church grounds to work on projects for improving the building and the repairs of the facility. The Temple Ministry is also a vital part of this team, as they assist in the janitorial duties of the House. The first impression of a building is very important, so the goal is to attain a high level of excellence through the appearance of this edifice.
"The ARIZE Dance Team "
Our expressions of praise and thanks to God are as varied as our personalities. We live in a visual era where ministry can be observed in different forms that are potentially just as effective as the spoken Word of God. Our ARIZE Dance Team embraces the talents and gifts that the people of God offer in dance. The purpose is to provide an arena of ministry that will bring the words and message of God to life.
